Feenstra Applauds Disaster Relief for Three More Iowa Counties Impacted by Flooding

HULL, IOWA — Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) issued the following statement after a major disaster declaration was approved for Buena Vista, Cherokee, and O’Brien counties:

“Today, I received a call from the Department of Homeland Security that a major disaster declaration — which I requested alongside Governor Reynolds — was approved for Buena Vista, Cherokee, and O’Brien counties. Families, farmers, and businesses impacted by severe flooding will now have access to the disaster relief, resources, and assistance that they need to recover and rebuild. I will continue to press the administration to deliver more aid to more communities affected by these devastating floods.”
