Feenstra Applauds U.S. Supreme Court Ruling Overturning Chevron Doctrine and Reducing Power of Unelected Bureaucrats

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) issued the following statement in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the Chevron doctrine:

“I applaud the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the Chevron doctrine and return power back to lawmakers elected and held accountable by the American people. From WOTUS regulations to electric-vehicle mandates, unelected bureaucrats have imposed their will and overstepped their authority for far too long,” said Rep. Feenstra. “This decision restores balance to our system of government and prioritizes local control over federal overreach. I will continue to do my part to hold the Biden administration accountable to our families, farmers, and businesses.”
