Feenstra Condemns Vice President Harris’ Failure to Secure the Border

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) issued the following statement condemning Vice President Kamala Harris’ failure to uphold her title of “Border Czar” and secure the border:

“At the beginning of the Biden-Harris administration, President Biden tasked Vice President Harris with securing the border and protecting our communities. She not only failed miserably; she never even tried. It’s why nearly 8 million illegal immigrants – including terrorists and drug traffickers – have crossed our border since 2021.

As a strong advocate for border security, I have voted to finish the border wall, restore “Remain in Mexico,” end radical “catch-and-release” policies, ban illegal immigrants from voting in our elections, and fully fund our brave border patrol agents.”
