Feenstra Helps Introduce Legislation to Permanently Make E-15 Available at Gas Pumps Year-Round Nationwide

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Last week, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) helped introduce legislation to allow for the permanent, year-round sale of E-15 at gas stations nationwide.

“Since I was first elected to Congress, I have worked to advocate for homegrown Iowa biofuels, promote American energy independence, and lower energy costs for our families. That’s why – as I’ve done every year – I helped introduce legislation with my fellow Midwestern colleagues to permanently make E-15 available at the gas pump year-round nationwide. Homegrown fuels like E-15 lower gas prices for our families, support our farm producers, and reduce our dependence on foreign energy from countries like China, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela.”
