Feenstra Launches 5th Biannual 36 County Tour with Town Hall in Cherokee
HULL, IOWA – Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) launched his fifth biannual 36 County Tour with a town hall in Cherokee where he talked about his work in Congress for Iowa and took questions from constituents.
“Today, I launched my fifth biannual 36 County Tour with a town hall in Cherokee to hear from Iowans and discuss my work in Congress for our families, farmers, businesses, and rural communities. We talked about President Trump’s America First agenda of securing our border and restoring American energy independence and covered the need to extend the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, pass the Farm Bill, repeal the death tax, and make our government more accountable to the taxpayer,” said Rep. Feenstra. “Meeting with Iowans and taking their voice to Congress is a top priority for me. I look forward to hosting more town halls in the future and working together to lower costs for our families, help our small businesses thrive, and support our farmers and producers.”
Feenstra will host a second town hall with students in Ida Grove today and a third town hall with the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce tomorrow.
