Feenstra Named ‘American Energy Champion’ by American Energy Alliance
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Last week, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) was named an “American Energy Champion” by the American Energy Alliance for his legislative record of promoting affordable, abundant, and reliable American-made energy. Feenstra received a perfect 100% score.
“For the last two years, the Biden Administration has intentionally destroyed the American energy industry with its radical Green New Deal agenda, causing gas prices, utility bills, and electricity costs to soar,” said Rep. Feenstra. “I am proud to be named an American Energy Champion by the American Energy Alliance for my work to promote domestic energy production and homegrown fuels like ethanol and biodiesel to make our country energy independent again. As a strong advocate for America’s energy producers, I will continue to support policies that encourage the production and development of affordable, reliable, American-made energy.”
Feenstra has been a vocal critic of the Biden Administration’s anti-American energy agenda, including most recently denouncing his decision to release more oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to compensate for his reckless energy-policy blunders.
