Feenstra Urges Iowa Farmers to Finalize Acreage Reports to Qualify for Farm Relief

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) issued the following statement urging Iowa farmers to finalize their acreage reports by 4 PM CT on Friday December 19th for use in the Farmer Bridge Assistance program payments.

“I’m grateful to President Trump for delivering critical relief to our Iowa producers. This support will help farmers bridge the gap between disastrous Biden policies that resulted in record-high input prices and zero new trade deals while President Trump continues to secure new market access for Iowa agriculture,” said Rep. Feenstra. “I urge all Iowa farmers to complete their acreage reporting by 4 PM CT on Friday December 19th so that they can quality for this relief approved by President Trump. Qualifying relief payments are set to be released by February 28, 2026.
