Feenstra Votes to Fully Fund U.S. Coast Guard

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Yesterday, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra voted for, and the U.S. House of Representatives passed, the Coast Guard Authorization Act.

“Ensuring that our military remains the world’s strongest fighting force is a top priority for me and vital to our national security. From patrolling our waters to seizing deadly fentanyl from the drug cartels, the Coast Guard helps intercept criminals and keeps our communities safe,” said Rep. Feenstra. “As a strong supporter of our troops, I’m proud to vote to fully fund our Coast Guard, especially as China works to build up its navy and expand its influence across the world’s oceans.”
