Feenstra Welcomes Home 114 of Iowa’s National Guard to Cedar Rapids from Operation Inherent Resolve

CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA – Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) joined Governor Kim Reynolds in welcoming home 114 of Iowa’s National Guard to Cedar Rapids from Operation Inherent Resolve in the Middle East.

“I was honored to welcome home 114 brave men and women of Iowa’s National Guard to Cedar Rapids from Operation Inherent Resolve,” said Rep. Feenstra. “They embarked on this deployment to protect our homeland and our allies from the scourge of terrorism. That mission is more crucial now than ever before, and we are eternally grateful for their service, dedication, and bravery. We also share gratitude for the families and loved ones who supported our troops while they were away. Thank you for your service, and welcome home.”
