Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) introduced the Comparison of Sustainable Transportation (COST) Act, which would direct the Comptroller General of the Government Accountability Office and U.S. Secretary of Energy to compare the financial and environmental costs of replacing the entire federal gasoline-powered vehicle fleet with either electric vehicles or E-85 capable flex fuel cars and trucks.

Randy Feenstra (R-IA) and House Agriculture Committee Ranking Member Angie Craig (D-MN) introduced the Crop Insurance for Future Farmers Act, which would equip new producers, beginning farmers, and our veterans in the Midwest and nationwide with the critical crop insurance protections that they need to be productive, profitable, and successful. 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Last week, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) helped introduce the Renewable Fuel for Ocean-Going Vessels Act, which would allow American companies to preserve RIN credits under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) for renewable fuel – including biodiesel and other biomass-based diesel – for powering ships and other ocean-going vessels.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) voted for, and the U.S. House of Representatives passed, the Pandemic Unemployment Fraud Enforcement Act, which would extend the statute of limitations from 5 years to 10 years for prosecuting COVID-era pandemic unemployment insurance fraud.

The current statute of limitations is set to expire on March 27^th, 2025.
