WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) helped introduce the Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act of 2023 alongside his Midwestern colleagues Reps. Adrian Smith (R-NE) and Angie Craig (D-MN). This legislation allows for the year-round sale of ethanol blends higher than 10% – including E-15 – at gas stations nationwide permanently.

Randy Feenstra (R-IA) and Jimmy Panetta (D-CA) introduced the Precision Agriculture Loan Program Act (PAL) of 2023, which is bipartisan legislation that would establish the first-ever federal precision agriculture loan program in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency. Senators Deb Fischer (R-NE) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) have introduced companion legislation in the U.S. Senate.
