Fourth District Focus

When I was first elected to Congress, I pledged to visit every county in Iowa’s 4th Congressional District to hear directly from Iowans about not only the challenges they face, but also see firsthand the amazing investments being made in our communities. My conversations with our families, farmers, small businesses, seniors, and local officials inform my work in Congress to create solutions to the problems confronting our communities. It is a responsibility that I take very seriously.

On October 1st, the new President of Mexico – Claudia Sheinbaum – was officially sworn into office. While politics in Mexico may seem inconsequential to domestic affairs here in the United States, this development is very significant for our country, and particularly for our agricultural community.
