Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) joined a letter – led by House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO) – urging Secretary of Labor Julie Su, Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra, and Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen to implement the No Surprises Act in accordance with congressional intent and the letter of the law.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) voted for, and the U.S. House of Representatives passed, the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act. This legislation included a Feenstra-sponsored amendment that would require congressional approval of any rule or regulation proposed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that would impact over 50% of American farmland.

This legislation would provide $14.3 billion – of which $4.4 billion would help replenish U.S. military stockpiles – to support Israel’s efforts to protect their families and defeat the Hamas terrorists.
