HULL, IOWA – Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) led the full Iowa congressional delegation in sending a letter to the leadership of the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee and the U.S. House Armed Services Committee urging that the military construction projects at the Sioux Gateway Airport included in the Senate-passed version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) be retained in the final conference agreement for the Fiscal Year 2026 NDAA.

Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) led a letter, along with 49 members of Congress, to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin in support of the EPA’s proposed Renewable Volume Obligations (RVOs) under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) “Set 2” rule, to express strong support for the reallocation of 100% of the waived gallons from any granted Small Refinery Exemptions (SREs), and to urge the EPA to finalize the rule as quickly as possible.
