This legislation would provide a pathway for Medicare coverage of multi-cancer early detection (MCED) screenings pending approval by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Randy Feenstra (R-Hull), the U.S. House of Representatives unanimously passed the Protecting Veteran Access to Telemedicine Services Act, which would permanently allow healthcare professionals with the Department of Veterans Affairs to prescribe needed medications for veterans via telehealth services.
