Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) announced that high school students across Iowa’s 4th Congressional District are invited to submit their artwork for the 2025 Congressional Art Competition. This competition is conducted by members of the U.S. House of Representatives to encourage students from across the country to express their artistic talents.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Last week, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) helped introduce the Renewable Fuel for Ocean-Going Vessels Act, which would allow American companies to preserve RIN credits under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) for renewable fuel – including biodiesel and other biomass-based diesel – for powering ships and other ocean-going vessels.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) voted for, and the U.S. House of Representatives passed, the Pandemic Unemployment Fraud Enforcement Act, which would extend the statute of limitations from 5 years to 10 years for prosecuting COVID-era pandemic unemployment insurance fraud.

The current statute of limitations is set to expire on March 27th, 2025.

This bill extends critical relief first provided in the 2022 Omnibus Appropriations Act, preventing steep reimbursement cuts that would jeopardize access to essential medical supplies.

Dan Newhouse (R-WA) – which would double funding for the Market Access Program (MAP) and the Foreign Market Development Program (FMD) to support increased exports of Iowa agricultural products.

Randy Feenstra (R-IA) introduced the Foreign Agricultural Restrictions to Maintain Local Agriculture and National Defense (FARMLAND) Act, which would authorize the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to review all purchases or leases of American farmland by foreign entities that exceed $5,000,000 or 320 acres.
