This annual legislation sets defense policy, authorizes funding for military operations and projects, and ensures that our troops and military families have the support that they need and deserve.

HULL, IOWA – Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) announced that Anneka Singh from Ames High School has won the 2025 Congressional App Challenge in Iowa’s 4th Congressional District.

Her app, ZeroWaste, aims to reduce food waste by classifying donations to food banks as either perishable or non-perishable and helps connect Iowans who want to donate to food banks in their communities.
